Signed up from Assurance, and Budget ripped off minutes from me for two months and sold me out to SafeLink wireless which says I cannot get minutes until the first even tho Budget gave me 500 minutes on the 15th then sold me out on the 16th to safelink and safelink gave me NO minutes in the sell out. On august 8th, 2016 I applied for a phone, after confirming that Budget Mobile serviced my area. My application was approved August 20,2016. I called Budget Mobile each week for update and was told two times, they were waiting for phones to be shipped to them. this lifeline is not worth a dime. I've have my phone service turned off twice in a month and a half.....goodbye goodbye goodbye. never is there a worse phone company why are you in bussiness to *** people off this just does not make since. I have no complaints with Budget Mobile. I was always treated courteously and with the deepest respect. You can't beat the free 250 voice minutes and texting every month.

My cell phone just stopped service no notifications at all. Plus they said a replacement on was this a evil way to screw me over. I should of never a gred. No i I wouldnt wish this phone on my enemy. On June 29th a young lady knocked on my door, she said she was from Budget Mobile's lifeline service and that it was easy to sign up. I would get 500 free mins a month and 500 free texts. It is not even the 29th of Aug and I am without phone service,without warning while I was talking on the food my service was cut off! I signed up with lifeline, and then I signed up with BM. I'm so confused as to , do I have to be approved by Ca lifeline and BM ? Went rounds with Ca lifeline, saying my reasons was denied and to use the other reason. So I did, and I have heard nothing from them since. About a month and half ago my so-called Unlimited Plan suddenly had one very big limit. I was issued 500 minutes and told I now had to "refresh" them when they ran out. However..if they ran out at night or on the weekends, and esp a holiday weekend there is NO WAY to "refresh" them. No one is there on the phone to call or online which is ridiculous.
